Propertunity World is a free to use app which reviews thousands of UK property adverts daily & extracts those properties that may fit an investment portfolio.

The latest, categorised “Propertunities” are delivered straight to your device for you to review, saving you the time and hassle of having to trawl through multiple websites.

The app allows you to filter and refine your results into a shortlist, enabling you to review and act quickly on those properties that meet your criteria. The soon to be integrated “finance it” functionality will seamlessly allow investors and home buyers to apply for finance. Our AI and matching algorithm will deliver financing options that are already preapproved by the lender making the whole process much quicker for all parties.

Propertunity World is a self throttling, self adjusting algorithm that scans UK property listings at present, and is in the process of expanding territories — It overlays data such as rent (and other points of interest) on ‘for sale’ listings to derive investment themes, yields etc.

Propertunity World creates a spot-like view of the property market and intends to inject financing against each property in the near future.

The Algorithm can easily be extended to other countries as long as relevant data sets are available (2 days per source).

The base algorithm was developed in 2015 – for each new real estate territory, it would require minor tweaks by region to capture the primary determinants of real estate value indigenously.
